FTA SPECIALIST

 

Location: Pesquería, N. L.

Objective: 

Ensuring and guarantee the efficient operation of commercial issues focused on NAFTA.

 

Job Summary:

Optimizing each and every one of the administrative task of sales. Responsible for the planning, execution and control of all activities related with sales.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • In charge of NAFTA commercial issues.

  • Monitoring, process and control customer purchasing orders throughout its system.

  • Review the forecast, ASN, relay, PO, among others in the customer portals.

  • Responsible to carry out monthly results plan.

  • Execute monthly sales closing report.

  • Create sales orders.

  • Maintain of the piece price on the ERP. 

  • Maintain communication with customers.

  • Provide customer support, attend complaints and claims, giving solutions or passing the claim to the area indicated for resolution.

  • Responsible for measuring customer satisfaction by applying the necessary surveys.

  • Entering invoices in customer portals.

  • Follow up on payments made by customers, monthly report for outstanding payments and follow up them until cleared. 

  • Customer service / Sales administrator.

  • Perform monthly and weekly forecast.

  • Administration of new projects and set up new customers.

  • Request the scorecard to customers, interpret and provide the information of this for all process.

  • Address customer requirements related with origin certification and determinations of origin.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • Strong Knowledge in: NAFTA (***MANDATORY***), Negotiation, planning and developing.

  • Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with customers

  • Communicates well both in writing and verbally (Spanish and English).

Other Functions:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Administration, IMA, or related field.

  • Experience: At least three years as Sales Administrative in Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: English advanced, SAP, Office (Excel advanced, dynamic tables), Core tools, strong experience in negotiation, planning and developing in Automotive Industry.
