Location: Apodaca, N. L. 

Objective: Delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of sound recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.


Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator - Recruiter is  responsible for managing and overseeing the companies EH&S program.


The HR Coordinator - Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring and develop the best possible talent.


Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

  • Create Job Description.

  • Establish  and maintain required EHS standards to ensure the environmental, health, safety and security of team members assigned.

  • Assist  in building team cultural support of policies related to EHS.

  • Provide EHS direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure plant safety improvements.

  • Help create a culture of injury-free attitudes within the plant team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for safety.


Job Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years within a Human Resources Department or Staffing/Recruiting organization.   

  • Language: Fluent English. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of employment law as it pertains to Staffing/Recruiting.

  • Proficient in HRIS. 

  • Desirable: SAP

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. 

  • Strong organizational ability.

  • Proactive.

  • Focused on results.

  • Leadership.
